In memory of some of my most favorite and memorable celebrities who I had the chance to meet, see or perform in New York City

I started this page as several celebrities that I met over the years were passing. So I collected the best photos and recalled the memories of also meeting them upfront seeing how they really are and how they treated their fans and admirers.

Robin Williams

Back in April 2005 I saw Robin Williams in NYC at a premiere of HOUSE OF D by David Duchovny which also included Tea Leoni (now his ex-wife)

I would later meet him in the theater and even shaked is hand, as my ex-girlfriend asked for his autograph. The unimaginable happened. He signed it sideways across two pages and then she asked actually asked him to sign it again so he did the same thing underneath the signature he already signed!!!

I remember seeing him on Happy Days which evolved into Mork and Mindy. My favorite movies of him were: Goodwill Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire, Patch Adams, Old Dogs

RIP - Peter Falk

I met him in 2006 in NYC at a special screening of The Thing About My Folks with Paul Reiser playing his son - its a funny and touching movie if you havent seen it.

Of Course he was awsome as Columbo, and in the movie Murdey by Death and also in a neglected movie COOKIE with Emily Lloyd.
I knew he was quite sick for a while but his charm, charisma, personality and his eyebrows wont be forgotten

RIP - Leslie Nielsen

I met him in 2010 at a convention in New Jersey.
Airplane is one of my all time favorite comedies.....I love reciting some of the lines

Gary Coleman RIP.
I met him a few years ago at a convention.
He had the special gift of making us laugh, it's really sad what happened
to him and his co-stars Dana & Todd over the years.

RIP - Patrick Swayze

I was so fortunate to meet Patrick and his wife back in 2006 in New York City. My favorite movies are TOO WONG FO, and of course DIRTY DANCING. He is the most memorable, kindest, down to earth Actor I ever met. Even shy to some degree, the girls went crazy over him and I was saddened to hear about his Cancer at such a young age.
Keep dancing up in Heaven Patrick!!!

RIP - Two Golden Girl's: Bea Arthur & Rue Mclanahan

Bea I remember back on Archie Bunker and Maude. I was amazed how tall she is and the mouth on her!! Whew....She had me cracking up with her stories and jokes when I saw her perform on Broadway

This was taken at her entering a Broadway Premiere, I think it was Bombay Dreams. She looked ravishing and gorgeous at her age. I loved her on Golden Girls with her sexyness and being the first "real cougar" on TV

RIP - Gregory Hines

Gregory Hines was co-hosting the Tony Awards at Radio City with Bernadette Peters. They even came out onto the street dancing and shaked my hands along with others!!!

RIP - George Carlin

Meeting George Carlin was wild and crazy He arrived late at a Border's in NYC and was cursing at the traffic and at the same time breaking the ice for everyone waiting for him. He signed anything that he worked on, told us stories and posed with anyone.
